What Happened To Disney?
I'm disgusted to see a brand that we all loved and cherished growing up, have such blatant disregard for the people who put them on top. Tens of millions of dollars have been forked over to two ousted Disney executives, who not only didn't succeed in their new roles - they actually damaged the brand. But they still got their massive paychecks and bonuses. What a disgrace, and what a bad example they set for the rest of the market.
There are dozens of articles detailing this theft in broad daylight - but it's all very factual reporting. Even though this behavior is on the border of criminal in my opinion, no one is presenting these leaders as evil people. Why? Because all this is perfectly normal according to our egoistic system where we mainly rank people by how much money they have in their bank account. We don't really care how it got there. All that is about to change.

A Slap in the Face for Consumers
Instead of cutting costs wherever they can for consumers, leaders in the corporate world continue to operate in their own best interests. And granted, the average Disney consumer may not even read the news or be aware of how the company is flushing their hard earned money down the toilet. But we're heading into a new era where leaders like this won't be able to present themselves as the most conscious people on the planet at events like Davos, and behave this way in real life. The world has become too transparent and interconnected.

They're being rejected because they sided with an ideology and have been aggressively incorporating it into their business model and products, thereby giving many parents an impression that their kids are being indoctrinated into an ideology that they didn't ask for nor want.
