What Will Happen Next?

Texas finds itself at the forefront of a pressing issue-the Southern Border crisis. Governor Gregg Abbott, a Republican, and President Joe Biden a Democrat are locked in a battle over the border, with court decisions being made and more on the horizon. The question of who is right, who caused this crisis, and who is responsible for it, looms large.

Under federal law, the U.S. is responsible for immigration enforcement and protection. The Governor of Texas took steps to secure the Southern border and detain those who enter the country illegally. Governor Abbott has a point that the current administration is allowing millions to enter, and being fully vetted as to who they are and criminal background checks, under Title 8 Immigration Law.

President Biden is correct in saying that it is the federal government's job to protect the border and enforce immigration laws. The Texas Governor argues otherwise, saying that the administration is not enforcing federal law, and masses flood the border like an invasion. The administration states that it is not an invasion but a welcome guest. The Governor of Texas states that it is an invasion because masses of people overrun authorities at the border.

The opinion of many people flooding unarmed is not an invasion; when people flood the unarmed using physical force to enter the border and use physical force to enter the border, overrunning the Texas National Guard, the administration blames Governor Abbott for the crisis. Let's look back on the November election of 2020; Biden promised to have open borders. All past presidents have handed a secured border to the next incoming president, except in April 2021, when the administration restricted the authority of U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Customs enforcement. Even U.S. Air Marshals, who should be protecting airline passengers on commercial aircraft, are instead handing out water and making sandwiches to those coming illegal migrants. The U.S. Border Patrol functions as processing clerks. Who allowed the borders to be unsecured and open? President Joe Biden kept his promise of open borders, and will be the only president in the history of the U.S. to turn over an unsecured border.

So why is Texas misbehaving and not obeying the current administration or the U.S. Supreme Court? According to Texas Governor Abbott, the federal government has failed to enforce the Southern border in not enforcing Title 8 Immigration Law; the Governor and the Texas Attorney General took action to declare a state of emergency of an invasion under the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, this what Governor Abbott is standing on the interpretation. Let this argument sink in about the U.S. Constitution. According to Governor Abbott, Texas, the federal government needs to step in to do the work that should be done. According to the Governor of Texas, it will continue massing soldiers and state troopers and will not stop until the current administration does its job under Title 8 Immigration Law.

Why is Governor Abbott flown to a dozen countries to make business agreements, for he does not have the power or is not allowed by law to make treaties without the consent of the U.S. Congress? If it were a republic again, Texas today would be the eighth most robust economy, and California is number seven. Since many people are leaving California and many are being taxed for leaving, people feel it is socialism; many state citizens are moving to other states for a lower cost of living, Texas being one of them, except for The City of Austin, many who moved from California says it feels like California, because Austin's high cost.

JBL of the United Kingdom will open its 21st-production plant in Southwest San Antonio to build heavy construction equipment and farm equipment. The Governor has traveled to the United Kingdom, India, Finland, Australia, and eight other nations to create import and export business. Texas has several seaports that can import and export services, products, and other goods. What is Governor Abbott up to? There is a movement in Texas for the state to succeed from the United States, with a 50 % growth. The twenty -five states that are backing Texas on the protection and enforcement of illegal migrants are ready to break away from the United States to become a new independent nation. The following states that back Texas and to form a new government are the following states:

·??????? Texas

·??????? Alabama

·??????? Alaska

·??????? Arkansas

·??????? Florida

·??????? Georgia

·??????? Idaho

·??????? Indiana

·??????? Iowa

Twenty-six states would consider the session because of the number one issues of immigration, crime, the constantly increasing federal debt, job loss, and other issues. This would leave only twenty-four states that would be the United States. Let's return to the old days when we could agree and disagree without conflict or violence; we are all Americans, which should mean something to us!
