We're two weeks into 2024; how's the year treating you so far?

Let's kick off the week with some food for thought:

Daily habits wield incredible power, shaping our outcomes over time. Consider this: a seemingly small habit, like adding a sugar packet to your morning coffee, accumulates to 22,000 calories of processed sugar in a year. Imagine the impact of reversing just this one habit.

?Massive change happens with tiny shifts. Picture adjusting a plane's trajectory by one degree—over a distance, it leads to a substantial change in destination. Let's make those positive shifts in your life!

Building new habits and breaking old ones takes time. In the coming weeks, I'll share strategies to make this journey easier.

This week, ponder your hydration habits.

Hydration 101:

How Much Water to Drink: A useful guideline is to consume half your body weight in fluid ounces/liters. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds / 68 kilograms, aim for approximately 75 ounces / 2.2 liters of water daily.

Factors Influencing Your Water Intake:

  1. Activity Level: Consider how much you sweat.
  2. Daily Caffeine or Alcohol Intake: Remember to go "1-for-1" due to their dehydrating nature.
  3. Climate: The environment where you live matters.

Great tips, especially the water. I recently read that caffeine can be as high as 7:1 with the diuretic effect. So important to have structured ionized water so that it actually absorbs into your body.
