As we continue celebrating 20 years in business, I’ve been reflecting on the moment we decided to shift our vision. When we first started, our vision was clear and meaningful. But as our business evolved, we realized our vision needed to evolve with it. If we weren’t intentional about refining it, we’d risk staying stuck in a version of our business that no longer fit who we were becoming.
It’s easy to think of vision as a one-and-done statement, something you define early and then let sit on a wall (or buried in a slide deck no one ever opens).
