Having grown up in the digital age, where information is easily accessible and public figures are often scrutinised, this generation tends to distrust leaders who appear disingenuous or manipulative. Transparency, both in decision-making and communication, fosters trust and helps build a positive relationship between leaders and Gen Z followers.
