When to Apply

Usually GCMS notes will help us to track our application status for PR, Study visa , Visitor Visa , PNP Programs & We can get to know the exact reason for Rejection or refusal of the application.

If you need to know the reason for denial or for the reason for taking so long to make a decision about your profile you can raise a GCMS notes.

Who Can Apply :

Anyone who has made an application to the IRCC for the purpose of migration can apply for the GCMS notes to know about the status and exact reason for the refusal for applicant.

For applying to it you must be legally inside Canada . Or if you are applying from Outside Canada you should have a representative on behalf of you who is in Canada as a PR holder or Citizenship Holder.

Processing Time and Fees:

Application Numbers :

Your application number(s) will include one or more letters followed by eight or nine digits (for example, A12345678 or ABC1234567). The letters at the beginning of the application number will tell you what type of application it is.

When you applied your GCMS notes, you’ll?also need to provide your?Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number for a more reliable request process, but it is optional. The UCI number is different from your application number and is assigned to you when your visa application begins processing.?
