Game Changing is a set of beliefs and actions through which awareness leaders make paradigm shifts (significant change) in the lives of the people that fundamentally alters the way people live. Often the changes are dramatic and exponential. Convergence of technology and internet are the most recent examples of game changing. Now we have to adopt and adapt new kinds of habits, alter or abandon old habits in order to keep pace with the world. These new habits shall allow us to be slightly ahead of the change curve and give us distinct advantage in navigating our lives with ease speed and excitement. One must remember that:

We now live in a digital world which is like a virtual mind that acts electronically with a click of a button. The digital world has empowered all of us to practice leadership and become awareness leaders. The world now needs awareness workers instead of knowledge workers. The post Industrial world requires different set of skills, habits and manifestations. So brace up to adopt, adapt and cultivate new habits in a fast changing scenario. Be flexible with your beliefs and be ready to learn, unlearn and relearn new habits. Learn to process information, data, skills and knowledge into insight and foresight leading to wisdom and awareness with alertness at a speed of a click of a button.

The world needs a new set of habits to operate in a digitalized culture wherein each one of us is connected to each other on social platforms.

 

 

New game changing habits:

Connecting and networking is the norm for harnessing opportunities and to remain in the race.

All of us have to lead in some way or the other for survival, progress and prosperity. Therefore let us understand the basics of - Attitude, - habits, - what leadership and awareness leaders do and how they practice them.

 We have to reposition ourselves for the digital world in, which we now live. The new game changing habits are:

  1. Learn, unlearn and relearn.
  2. See different and be different.
  3. Speed
  4. Do more with least effort and optimization of resources.
  5. 80/20-Doing more with less
  6. Human use of human being – Be respectful, refrain from personally criticizing and ignoring.
  7. Optimizing use of convergence of technologies.
  8. Using freedom of choice with self control and discipline.
  9. Empowering self and others.
  10. Innovative use of social media.
  11. Thinking connecting dots and business models.
  12. Use peer pressure for behavioral change.
  13. Think creating balanced teams with complementary skills.
  14. Think greater good of the society.
  15. Think mobilization, movement and momentum.
  16. Derive more awareness, knowledge and data from planetary mind of search engine like Google.
  17. Deliberately practice what you preach and teach.
  18. Network with synergy, emotions, awareness and credibility.
  19. Use candor and beware of talent trap.
  20. Think incremental and continuous innovation together.
  21. Focus on now (mindfulness) by meditating.
  22. Use Combination of IQ, EQ, & OQ for exponential growth.
