What is the future of work and when is it coming?

The future of work is here.

The future of work is technology and remote. Characterised by technological adoption and the complexities of COVID-19, workforce distribution and impact on remote work environments, the future of work is continuously evolving. The persistence of technology and its adoption within society and the broader economy means we need to change, adapt and find innovative solutions to support this progression.?

This means we must find different ways of doing basic day to day activities and operations, meaning jobs, responsibilities and skill sets must keep up. The future of work cannot keep up with dated operating models as it disrupts collaboration between business and technology teams. This means a modernized and ethical talent strategy for hiring and reskilling is critical to defining the culture and capabilities of our economy at scale.?

Enterprise-enabling platforms in organisations will result in value creation across industries both from a macro and micro perspective. This is only possible if core functionality and adoption of Artificial Intelligence, core technology and data is harnessed to its full potential. As technology remains innovation's holy grail, organisations must act fast by iterating, testing and learning all while meeting the needs of an ever changing job market.

It is clear the future of work is technology and successful integration and adoption of AI into already skilled and talented teams will empower organisations to surpass and reach new heights. In turn, customer engagement and personalisation of products and services will soar at a time where the digitally engaged market (whole world) shapes the way we work and outcomes of organisations.
