What formative life lesson do I need to refresh?

What formative life lesson do I need to refresh?

Since July 14th, the complete Learning Loop email is only accessible to Loopers who directly subscribe to receive the newsletter HERE. More on why below the resources section.

One of my dear friends once rhetorically asked me why people wait for a 'come-to-Jesus moment' to make the changes they've known they needed to make for a while. He was referencing the challenging decisions, hard choices, and difficult conversations that we avoid at all costs - until a near-death or equally tragic experience forces us to take action. Think of a diabetic who refuses to cut out sugar until they survive a diabetic coma, an entrepreneur who can't reimagine their business model until they narrowly avoid bankruptcy, or an executive who can't prioritize their loved ones until they lose someone close to them.?

In each case, tragedy serves as a trigger. But we don't need an unfortunate life circumstance to make the changes we know we need to improve our lives; we just need an intentional moment of consciousness. Find your moment this week.

My personal reflection is on YouTube.?

Subscribe for Enhanced Access

Since July 14th, the complete Learning Loop email is only accessible to Loopers who directly subscribe to receive the newsletter HERE. LinkedIn does not provide creators with essential data like open rates, engagement metrics, etc., which makes it challenging to enhance the newsletter, customize our content, and garner support from partners who share our mission. However, the question and a brief introduction to the topic will still be posted every week on LinkedIn for those who opt not to support by subscribing and sharing their email address. The limited version will not include curated, summarized resources with suggested applications to enhance your learning. If this aspect is important to you, I hope you'll consider taking just one minute to subscribe for free HERE.
