"What if they find out?"

"What if they find out?"

Over the last 21 years, I’ve had many conversations with talented professionals who wonder if the world will ever find out that they’re faking it.

They worry about the day that their team, peers, clients, friends, and family will finally recognize all their flaws.

Worse, they assume that once the fa?ade fades away, no one will respect or appreciate the “imperfect” person they’ve always been. ???

Does this sound like anyone you know?

We’ve all suffered the imposter syndrome at some point in our lives, wondering if we’ve earned any of our success or simply enjoyed a bunch of lucky breaks.

When this happens to you remember that you’re never as damaged as you think, nor is anyone else as amazing as they appear on Instagram.

Just be yourself and embrace your unique spot in this journey.
