It is not what field serves me the best but what field I can serve the best

Sooner or later, we must realize that our work should work around our life and not our life around our work. We must recognize that many regular companies did not exist 100 years ago, and our lives' goal could not be working for these companies that may not even exist 100 years from now. We must acknowledge that we all have a purpose, and we have to find that purpose, and for that, we learn a skill so that we can work on our goal while our skills earn us a living. Now that goal could be designing a company that will employ many and helping us grow, but the primary purpose has to be value for others if we want to grow exponentially and use our full abilities.

Money and other compensations will always be byproducts that we can use to help us achieve our goals. Of course, we do not want poverty and want to be a sound financial condition. We may work for our growth but may get capped by our potential as we get more comfortable. But a desire to create value for others takes us way beyond our capabilities as everyone else becomes a part of it, and nature supports that. I am sure I did not come to this world to make a lot of money. Maybe I am supposed to help other make money, but not me. Perhaps I want to make money to help people, but again, it all comes down to value for others and ourselves. It's a mystery of life that the more we do things for others, the better it gets for us. If we pay attention to the most prominent companies globally, they are all providing services to the masses, and in the process, they are expanding.

We have to find the best of us and use it to create value for others, and in the process, we bring value to ourselves, and we grow. It is not what serves us the best, but what we do the best using our best, and for all that, we must look inside and match to the outside. We must play our natural game to serve what we can help the best.
