What Fees and Costs Are Paid to SS Attorneys?
There are two parts to the payment of an attorney at the Social Security Administration. The first part is the fees, which are what they get paid for the work they do. The second part is the costs, which are usually out-of-pocket expenses that we advance on behalf of the client. We only charge those if we win the case.
