Who wants to take the slow boat? No one! We all want the fastest way to success possible.

"Success loves speed and speed of particle alone determines power."

Everyone wants success; however, not all know what makes people successful.

I'm going to share with you the time-tested, battle-verified principle that has been used either consciously or unconsciously by all successful people.

I’ve been a student of success all through my adult life. I joined the team of Tony Robbins as a professional speaker & trainer early on in my career and fell in love with personal, professional and spiritual development. 

I’m always searching for the silver bullet to success. Unfortunately, there is none. 

The fact is success isn’t an objective or a goal — it’s a MINDSET you develop to reach your goals.

The fact is: there are no laid down steps to success: to accomplish success is no mean feat.

“The road to success is always under construction.”

But it's possible with the right principle.

Indeed, ONE idea could open the floodgate of success. I know it’s a bold statement, but this principle really can unlock the floodgate of success...and it’s more effective than anything else you’ve seen. It is called:

I wish I could take credit, but this practice was conceived long before now. In actuality, it’s a proven foundational principle of how to become rich and successful in all that you do – according to Napoleon Hill, the father of the modern-day personal development movement.

Moving forward... What is Mastermind?

Masterminding occurs when two or more individuals get together in the spirit of cooperative harmony to accomplish some goal, activity or result. It could be a common goal or individual goals.

It emphasizes the effect of collective effort. I'll briefly talk to you about what I refer to as the ABC of Mastermind. This is what makes it so powerful and effective.

A = Access – Your Mastermind gives you access to the best minds and right people. It is essential that the Mastermind you join contains great minds and people that will add value to you.

B = Best practices – You can learn from the best practices of people in your Mastermind group.

C = Community – Your Mastermind group will serve as a likeminded community. This “community” will support and cheer you, as well as help you to achieve great things.

There is a synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement that participants bring to a Mastermind group.

The beauty of Mastermind Groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.

Mastermind participants act as catalysts for growth and supportive colleagues. They also play the role of the devil's advocates in some cases. The group is like having your own personal and objective Board of Advisors.

Napoleon Hill, in his timeless classic, Think and Grow Rich, wrote:
