To what extent can we ask for help?

There are certain kinds of moments in our lives in which we simply don't understand what were the circunstances that leaded us to act a certain kind of way or that made us have certain kind of thoughts that we think they shouldn't come. And this is the certain kind os situation that is totally comprehensible once that there are moments and certain kinds of days in which we feel much better than the previous day the same way there are certain kind of days in which we want the day to come to and end as fast as possible. These are situationsthat are perfectly normal first because we are human beings and secong because it is ok not to be ok. The world we are living in nowadays want to dictate the rules that the ought to follow if we want to be a part of a system that if we don't follow the pattern we are exclusively putted apart from all of the rest. This is a scenario that is most commonly seen at big firms where, unfortunately this kins situation has become something normal to happen and even to be a part of organizational culturalism of the industry position upon it's constituion. That's why for so many employees it is so difficult for most of them to find a common factor between their beliefs and thoughts with organizational thoughts and cultural management where managers try to stereotype you to te industry reality which most cases are not very good to be seen face to face which results as long as you acquire your space among other collaborators in a non-alignment with the organization's culture.
Why am I telling you that? Because nowadays it is not only important for the employee to go to their place of work, do what they are being paid for and simply, as long as the end of the day arrives, to pick up all of your stuff and go home. Lately, managers, directors and psychologist at the firms are analysing your behavioural attitudes prioritazing it as being the most important for you maintance in the organization more than your teorical, experiences and other prerequisites considered to be the mosr important thing during a selective precedure that differs you from all of the rest of the candidates. But, what we see, unfortunately are certain kind of actions and attitudes of bosses to take a very deffensive position instead of promotion mutual collaboration among their crew of people and the team as a whole making them being too much worried about their image towards the rest of the company and the other teams and managers. For example, is a person is starting at the firm with no previous knowledge acquired, this person will need total assistance and attention from the people who have superior job positions and more experience at the job than you. So, it is expected that those people will help you by teaching you everything you need to learn if they really do want to see you grow at the firm which was supposed to be a very natural and normal learning curve during your learning process.
But, unfortunately, what I know from other professionals with whom a more direct contact is that most of them complain about the fact the firms where they work at both maangers and analysts at the first time show themselves as being very helpful people making themselves available to explain everything you may want to know or clarify any doubts you may have this precedure. But, after some time, something like six months later, those people think that you are already an expert in the subject they taught you before. But, this is ot a hundred per cent sure. For example, if you work with excel spreedsheets, there are probably certain kind of days in which you have to do activies where you depend on other people to help you spreendsheet's fill where you may find some mistakes even on excel spredsheets who have calculation memory, most of times there will be many mistakes that are going to be committed by those people with whom you depend on to send you realized data of what truly happened in the month that is being analysed or about the period you stablished to analyse. Every single divergence between what you have and what other people gave you to fulfill with your obligation will result on bad decisions taken by the directors and the shareholders from the firm they inject their money monthly aiming immediate result from their investment.
