WHAT TO EXPECT ON HOT AIR BALLOONS IN RUAHA.

Ruaha is termed a “Huge hidden secret park” because of its wild and unspoiled nature, the park is located in the transition zone, where South, East, and Western Africa species of flora and fauna overlap.

Ruaha National Park can be explored by hot air balloon, and discover its stunning landscape with a vast savannah, river, and mountains in the South and West of the park.

The park is well known as the home to 10% of the African lion’s population also about 200 cheetahs, more than 571 species of bird have been identified in the park, and 14,000 Tanzania major elephants.

Balloon safaris start early morning between 04:00 and 05:00, you will be picked up by your driver at the starting point.

Things to pack include:

  • ·???????? Binocular (to look wildlife closer)
  • ·???????? Camera and Smartphone

? ?1.?Early morning safari: balloon safari starts between 04:00 and 05:00, you will be awakening early to catch your balloon.

? 4.??Panoramic view: view wildlife at a wide angle as you float over the Ruaha plains.
