What to expect from SMC at APPEX '24

SMC Corporation are confirmed to exhibit at the inaugural APPEX exhibition (previously known as AUSPACK), taking place at the Melbourne Convention Centre from 12 to 15 March 2024.

Since the last show, we have continued to expand our product and service offering, and today, what truly sets SMC apart is our ability to go beyond pneumatics. EXW1 (compact wireless products)

The newly launched EXW1 delivers wireless, noise- free communication technologies. Data is encrypted and is quick to connect and modify.

Air Management System (AMS)

The AMS series will help reduce CO2 emissions by up to 62% by reducing air requirements during machine downtime. It’s compatible with OPC UA, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT.

Cylinder range

Get up close with SMC’s cylinder range for the industry. Our hygienic design cylinder range is water resistant while our stainless steel compact guide cylinder provides reduced risk of line contamination.

Air preparation

Air preparation is vitally important and remains one of the key pillars to an efficiently run a factory. Get up close with our range of air dryers and filters at APPEX.

Air saving booster regulator

SMC’s VBA booster regulator series can increase factory air pressure by 4 times. The energy saving design promotes a reduction in air consumption by 30% to 40%, while affectively increasing airflow by 30%.

Electric range
