We generally assign each client their own dedicated team comprising:

  • Senior Account Executive/Account Handler – To oversee & develop the relationship, co-ordinate specialist expertise & insight both internally and through our network of professional service providers, ensure all paperwork is completed & submitted correctly and to negotiate the best possible solution with underwriters on the client’s behalf
  • A Claims Specialist – Dedicated to manage any claim that may arise - Quickly, Efficiently and achieving the Best Outcome & Resolution for our clients
  • Support Technicians - Available throughout the relationship to provide everyday general assistance and support whenever you need it

Your Fidentia team will often negotiate with insurance underwriters and loss adjusters face to face, on your behalf, to secure the best outcome for you. We are able to do this because of our close proximity to the London headquarters of Lloyd’s of London and other leading insurers. Over the years we’ve built up?close working?relationships with key underwriters and loss adjusters, which greatly helps us in?achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
