Furthermore, Executive Coaching will eventually help you improve on your influencing skills too.

Our approach for?Executive Coaching in this newsletter is based on two key fundamentals of Productivity and Performance.
Productivity from an organizational context could be how effective the employees are in delivering the desired outcome during a given period. It is a mindset where you are influenced to do things in a more meaningful and?methodical approach that will eventually help you?bring the best of you.
Being a good leader is a challenging task.
It is challenging because you need to be remarkably effective in one of the most challenging missions to manage people.
As a leader, you are always being evaluated on managing ?people and driving them to ?achieve ?the desired organizational ?outcomes. In simple terms, a leader should be exceptionally good at ?“Getting things done” rather than “Doing things”.
However, to “Get things done”, you need to be Influencing and Challenging. You should be able to influence people positively?to accept and face challenges with a positive attitude.?While you manage others effectively, you need to have a great focus on your core job and responsibilities too.

However, “Executive Coaching” alone would not make you a great leader unless you implement what you agreed to be coached on.? Therefore, I request you to?practice the things?you will learn from this newsletter, for you to achieve the desired outcomes.
Furthermore, you need to engage ?with your direct reports as part of your improvement process. Their feedback will be one of the most critical factors that would directly impact your overall journey of transformation. It will be a “Critical Success Factor” not only at the beginning, which will eventually turn out to be a “Key Performance Indicator”?towards the end of your journey.
Any feedback provided needs to be explored with an open mind to see if there is truly room for improvement for you. There are high chances that you may hear unsatisfactory feedback, and it could even eventually put you down psychologically .
Therefore, I encourage you to take such feedback positively even when they are categorically negative in its nature and try to see if you?need some improvement. Following a period of time during which you feel you have made some modifications, re-evaluate yourself and your direct reports to see whether your change initiatives are having an influence on the updated feedback you are getting. Find some direct reports you could place your trust in ?and try to continue this process until you and they see a clear difference and improvement in you.
