As I was reminded when discussing budgets and the timelines, one of the issues with many projects is the overall scope has not been fully agreed, and so the budgets and timelines are only ever an estimate, impossible to manage and control. Are you frustrated when doing your best to work out the scope of the changes and agree them with all the key people in the business?
