What Exactly do you do Tim?

First of all, my apologies to Eleanor, as I grabbed a dated image, from the Resolute slide deck, as I'm needing to post this before flying to the UK later today.

I wear a lot of hats and that’s exactly how I like it.?There’s nothing quite as invigorating as regularly drinking through the fire hydrant.?There’s a fine line of balancing To-Dos and Work-Life. It used to be that I’d get that adrenaline fix way over-doing it on the soccer pitch, volleyball court, basketball court or tennis court. Well that’s taken it’s toll over the first half century of my life.?Now I find myself struggling to push away from work. I just really enjoy it.?

Well that falls way short of answering the question. I’ll give a snapshot of this morning for a glimpse.?I have the Title of Director of Business Development but in reality, my subject matter expertise on property and casualty claims drives me.?Let’s say I’m the handyman for adjusters, attorneys, EGAs, claims management, investment groups starting new insurance companies, my former insurance commissioner friends, etc.?I’m the guy who either has an answer or knows where to get it. Let’s add emphasis to “knows where to get it.”

2. Virtual meeting regarding a multi-million-dollar fenestration matter
3. Virtual meeting regarding social media posts ahead of my attending the PICG conference in London - https://www.picgconference.com/
4. Replying to panel where I was just engaged as Court Appointed Umpire
5. Fielding call from a new client, referred by her outside counsel, regarding appraisals
6. Follow-up from my presentation, for a carrier’s Spring Claims Conference, in Iowa last week on “Appraisal Trends”
7. Working on details for my presentation for PLRB Large Loss with Jenny Pye, Steven Romero and Preston Hattaway
8. Back to getting ready for my flight to UK later today ??
