Yes, women are underrepresented among investors. But not because they are not suited for the task (in fact, data proves they outperform men!), but because they just don't see themselves that way and because it's a closed Bro club.
That’s Why I decided to open our capital to our community
50inTech launched in 2019, with the idea that breaking systemic inequalities in tech would require everyone to play an active part. Our all-in-one inclusive talent sourcing platform connects more + 27 000 women in tech across Europe with +100 clients selected on gender-inclusive criteria such as BNP Paribas, Doctolib, Criteo, or The United Nations International Computing Centre.
Today, to accelerate our development, we are closing our fundraising with institutional investors. But in alignment with our mission, I don’t want to stop there: it’s important for me to?extend this investment opportunity to our community?as well.
