What an enterprise should do to make the maximum use of the new technologies like GenAI

Disruptive technologies start from general people acceptance and gradually progresses to industrial adoption. Be it the web or mobiles of the past or GenAI of today, the story remains the same.. There are several questions in a customer’s mind in the likes of RoI, applicability and the right choices from several options. There are major points ?that one needs to step back and think, as to which is the most impactful use case, , what business problem is going to be solved.. As we need to think and answer these questions before really investing big, we also need to encourage in a controlled fashion how the internal employee can have a touch and feel for this innovation and gradually prepare themselves to embrace the change.

When a disruption like this occurs, every cloud vendor invests in this along with many open-source companies. So, there is no one-fit all type of a solution, and a customer should have the flexibility of a switch to take the maximum advantage of the GenAI ecosystem. We as a company strongly feel that ?an abstracted, aggregated and orchestrated GenAI platform is required which can centrally manage the FinOps, Security Guardrail and company policies and architectural standards in GenAI space. Customers need to come up with some kind of toll gating mechanism to identify the big impact low complexity use cases and build on that. The real power will come when the handshaking happens with structure and un-structured data and customer can get the information from both. The data strategy will be extremely important and will drive the success.

The GenAI use case should interact with the rest of the enterprise through API and should have the capability to expose the API to be consumed by the enterprise also. The adaptability and business transformation are highly dependent on how smoothly this can happen for an enterprise. The other important aspect will be how the use case is going to production from the Pilot phase.
