What Is ELIXR Today?

Put simply, ELIXR is an ecosystem ?and marketplace of the future that is made up of 8 Technology Companies.

Whilst there are plans for us to expand further, taking on new startups in the near future, we’ve focused ourselves on “just” those 8 to build towards our 10-year-plan; Planet.Earth.?

All our ventures are created with sustainability in mind, and ESG models embedded at the roots of all our ventures.

Now here’s where it gets a little more complex: we plan to (meta)connect all our technologies via the UNS to create smart cities.?

However we do break down what industry 4.0 and the UNS are later in the article. But for now, industry 4.0 is what follows after web3. So as humans, we’ve already made the transition from web2 to web3. Industry 4.0 is where the next future is, with early adopters such as Tesla.?

Over the next 6 months, ELIXR plans to launch each one of the 8 technology companies: from Climate Tech, LiDAR, Digital Twins, Social Decarbonisation, Sustainable Finance, Policy, Live Data.

The purpose of this is to enable an infrastructure and backbone to the marketplace.?We address key pillars that will set the foundation of the future.?

What Is A Venture Builder?

A Venture Builder is a company that builds ventures. It’s as simple as that.?

Unlike an accelerator where they simply provide a small amount of limited support, or a Venture Capitalist who supports with cash, a Venture Builder – or at least ours – is one who provides startups with both, on an ongoing basis.?

We Co-Found and Co-Develop each company with the founder, providing all the technical expertise from the world’s best, strategic vision, dynamic design and business experience from our Gen-X Board and all the services startups require, at a cost of equity.?

Essentially, we pre-seed companies we find to be of value to our existing ecosystem and support them by co-developing their idea, contributing our own IP of ideas, and acting as a “co-founder” – but with proven track histories of building successful multi-million pound international companies.?

Later we bring in the best set of hands suited to each company for investment from our VC partners or network of Angel Investors and build companies together.?

What makes ELIXR so unique is that we have co-developed each company that exists within ELIXR. In fact, our current ecosystem of companies are our unique ideas, co-founded with the support of our global investors and advisors.?

As a future Venture Builder, we plan to support visionary entrepreneurs driving technology and sustainability. So whilst we do have an existing ecosystem - we’re always on the hunt, even if we’re saving them for later.?

What Is The UNS?

The UNS is short for The Unified NameSpace.?

Essentially the UNS is a centralised space for all data to be stored, accessed and used in one place. This allows multiple companies coded into the UNS to work in a unified manner, which is the next revolution; industry 4.0.?

At ELIXR, we integrate all our company’s backend systems with the UNS – used by Tesla, SpaceX, NASA etc. as early adopters of this technology.

It’s the hub through which the smart things in your business communicate with one another. This means all our technologies can exist and interact with one another in a new virtual metaphysical reality we are creating – the end goal for all our tech – called Planet.Earth.?

Who Is On The ELIXR Gen-X Board?

With the future moving so rapidly, the technology of today is harder to keep up with. That said, it’s critically important for businesses and founders to learn from experiences.?

That’s why we created our main board (all Gen-Z and Millennial) and advisory board (Gen-X & Boomer). We are building a bridge of communication between what has been, what is now and who is next to support the development of companies and people in a safe way, in a rapidly changing world.?

August 2023 – Starting with our Planning Tech in August, this will allow us to revolutionise Digital Twins and human engagement by meta connecting everyone.?

September 2023 – We then proceed to launch during NY Climate Week, our Digital Twin LiDar Technology platform. This focuses on unlocking measurements and data to be the live large language model for decarbonisation of existing assets. The beginning of your digital passport.?

October 2023 – It’s all about having a voice and having a vote. The old system limits digital engagement and when it comes to social inclusion, a huge proportion of people are left behind. So this new platform will be the voting and engagement system using a specialised triple notary and verification system.

November 2023 – the first look at our Sustainable Finance Platform, focused on ESG investments, allowing investors to find innovative – ELIXR-like – companies, vetted and ready for investor returns.?

December 2023 – We are all social, and we all create carbon. But why don’t we know truely how much and with the volumes of platforms , content creation and social media channels where will we harness this in the future…welcome to Q.?

What Is Our REAL Purpose??

ELIXR’s aim is to solve the climate and social issues of today, with the people of tomorrow listening to the people who built what we have.

ELIXR will focus on specific companies that match our long-term game plan to unify all technologies and bridge them into a Meta-World.

In fact, Chairman Joseph Michael Daniels’ vision for ELIXR has always been creating SDG aligned companies to create smart cities, and to create them both socially and environmentally responsibly.

ELIXR was Co-Founded by Forbes 30 Under 30 alumni Joseph Michael Daniels, Gen-Z Entrepreneur Catalina Valentino and Award-Winning Documentary Filmmaker Jaie Petty.

Chairman, Joseph Michael Daniels founded his previous company – Etopia – to build the future of affordable housing and clean energy. Upon building his first companies, he successfully deployed the first connected net-zero buildings in history across 4 different continents worldwide.?

He raised ￡40M, spring-boarding him to becoming Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2020, and being featured nationally as a recognised global innovator and futurist of the sector.?

Alongside this Joseph has gone on to advisor the accrediting body to the world bank; the British government and sits as chair of decarbonisation of the U.K. Business Council for Sustainable Development (UKBCSD).

Joseph’s initial idea was to build an ecosystem the world is yet to see or truly understand and has been harnessing the skills over the last decade to put his vision into action.?

CEO, Catalina Valentino, from a young age has demonstrated her commitment to excellence by obtaining her first GCSE at the age of 11. Pursuing higher education and embarking on a BA in Business Management at just 16 years old and starting her Master’s Degree at just 19.

Whilst studying online, she worked her way up in the corporate world, leading a team by 19.? Months after leaving her last role, she transitioned into starting her first company, scaling her first company successfully, which led her into the deep-tech space upon founding her second venture - a Sustainable Social Decarbonisation Platform in Q3 of last year – naming her as Global Top 100 Women of the Future.

Now, she advises a $200M Venture Capital Fund, is Senator to The World Business Angel Investment Forum, is set to Co-Chair the UKBCSD Next-Gen board and has recently made her first investment into a leading sustainable skincare brand, Waxelene.?

Catalina has completed courses in Harvard Contract Law (to be completed) and Cambridge Sustainability & Circular Economics, and plans to start a PhD next, whilst releasing her upcoming 2 books in the fall, for NY Climate week.?

Media Director, Jaie Petty, is an absolute rockstar in the world of documentary filmmaking, earning a well-deserved reputation as an award-winning sensation.

Chief Technology Officer, Luke Anderton also Founder of Virtus Studios, a creative 3D agency with a focus on bringing clients' products and ideas to life in 3D using real-time rendering and improving scalability through automation. Luke has over 10 years of Unreal Engine experience in virtual production, VR/XR, games, app development, and immersive experiences.

Luke is also an educator and evangelist for Unreal Engine, having built a community of over 200,000 users around high-quality Unreal Engine training for games. Further to market disruption, we will have centralised each company into the UNS (Unified NameSpace) which will allow our companies to interact with each other and users to move between the ecosystem whilst remaining in one app.

Secondary to this, we will begin to bridge all companies into the next big thing: Planet.Earth.

Here, we plan to make our virtual environments metaphysical.?
