What are the Effects of cluttering?

It is pertinent to look holistically at the problem of cluttering with a view to understanding the concept in its entirety so that one can grasp what they are really into, and get instantaneous and effectual help.

Cluttering is not necessarily a bad thing, looking at it from a particular angle. Studies have shown that external to the disadvantages it poses to the individual, cluttering is seen as a way of coping with something. Sometimes it could be stress, anxiety, or something that bothers the individual besides the desperate obsession to garner stuff. Nevertheless, the real danger here is that when it becomes a measure that is adopted too often, the clutter loses sight or touch with other avenues of dealing with that issue that bothers him or her. That is where things begin to go south and bring about far-reaching consequences.

When cluttering has crossed the threshold levels and has become a problem, it could have a lot of adverse effects for the individual. Your health, the home, and even your mental state all have a share of the malady to get when your home becomes filled with all kinds of items that you do not really need. It would drain your energy, incite stress, and superimpose itself on the individual. From a broader perspective, here are some pitfalls that come with having too much in your space:

1. The Risk to Your Health

2. Risk Extends to Helpers too

3. It could constitute a Death Trap

4. Cleaning Hazards
