What drives YOU?

Every day is a new start, a new beginning, a chance for you to get better, to right the wrong and to enjoy life! Just as I'm travelling to the airport, I'm thinking about this is the question I get asked on a very regular basis. Before I respond to this let first of all understand how does this question arrive
Whatever?your cause is, focusing on success requires a commitment that is second to none. The level of effort that you need to produce is on average much?higher than what the normal professional will do. Is it open to everybody? Absolutely! As long as the person really?wants it.
Will everybody do it? Definitely not. Probably because there is a huge disconnect between what a person needs to do to get what he wants and what he actually does to get?what he wants. The delta between will usually determine whether or not you achieve your targets.
As Grant Cardone will say it: Everybody wants to go to Heaven but nobody wants to die.
So what happens when you seriously commit to your goals, you will do whatever it takes to get things done and as it happens you build up momentum and start reaching out milestones. Along the way you progressively start attracting people attention and curiosity. And from this,?you will now get the questions. Knowing too well how lonely and discouraging the entrepreneur journey could be, it is important to note that these external questions are an indication that something is happening, that you've started to move the inertia and that people are noticing it. While this is of course far from being the end goal, this should at least provide some moral support and let's face it: We need all it.

This bring back to the initial question: what drives me? On reflection I can think about 3 distinctive points:
1 - I absolutely determine to make a difference for the lives of the people I care about. As long as I'm alive, i want to make pursue every legal way possible to make them be happy and help them to aim high and achieve their purposes.
?2 - I am committed to the cause I've dedicated the rest of my life to, which is to bring (back)power to Africa and help the continent to realise its potential. By no means am I under the illusion I could do all by myself. That would presumptuous, naive and stupid to think this way however I am convinved I could bring a significant contribution to this task and with the help of others, create a step change.
3 - I love Life and am grateful to this whole experience that my own life is and I want to make it useful. I want to make it a movie that i would be proud to watch and proud to show to my children. Don't nobody is talking a Hollywood blockbuster targeting other people but simply creating that memorable experience that you'll be excited to watch in the few last seconds before you signed off to this World. Of course as I'm speaking to you I've not watched this movie yet and in a worry to schedule it, lol, but I know one thing: the personal satisfaction will be immense and the feeling of mission accomplished better than any Tom Cruise movie:-)
What about you good people. What drives you?
