So yes, office RE is VUCA indeed!

4 个月Too excited to go running or kayaking, and heat up sauna for this one!?? I had to listen to it right away! It was an honor to be (spontaneously) invited to the show, Caleb Parker, thank you for the opportunity to be slightly outside my comfort zone (not having a ready topic with talking points) and in addition, as the closing programme number, live on stage, at the Recotech Finland event! I think you can tell the slight nervousness in the stutter... but in uncertain times, we need to be BRAVE ?? November was a while ago, so nice to recap a bit about what was said. Hopefully we can continue the discussion going further, now and here, in the comment section with everyone who listens to our discussion. For ease, some points I think could be interesting to continue on are: 1. process-centric approaches to designing workplaces (business and work processes), optimising for lean and quality 2. human-centric approaches to designing workplaces (both during the design process itself, as well as the outcomes for the user) [co-creation and service design, where the 'workplace' isn't just a place but a platform for process and business success] 3. Multi-locational workplace strategies 4. Human behaviour, and predictibility therein
