Dopamine is one of the 3 main chemicals in our brain that are responsible for mood and specifically pleasure - like smelling freshly baked cookies. Things that increase Dopamine levels include:
Sunlight
Exercise
Music
Sleep
Foods high in Tyrosine (a precursor to Dopamine): chicken, milk, bananas avocadoes, sesame seeds, etc.
