"Can" Make You Stronger

How can you become more "anti-fragile"?

When I think of the word 'fragile', I right away think of cracked glass.

The thing is that we often think about ourselves as fragile and so, we believe that any obstacles and challenges we face will crack us, slow us, or stop us down.

But there's another way of seeing our own fragility. Instead of thinking that the hardships you face are there to defeat you or push you down, you can start seeing them as life's response to make you stronger, more resilient, and more able to adapt to the circumstances.

How can you use the "bad" of life, even if it's just 1%, to make yourself and how you react to things better?

It's not an easy question, but if we can learn to see hardships and challenges from a place of hope, from a place of growth, from a place of 'I cannot wait to see what is on the other side', we become anti-fragile and we put ourselves in a place to use everything, the great, the good, and the not so good, to our advantage.
