What doesn′t kill you....

I′m sharing today a personal story about what happened to me back in 2015. Hope it can inspire some people to never give up.

Many might know me as a Swedish multi platinum producer and providing music for the licensing industry, however I have been creative in other ways too, an issue within my inherited sides from my best friend and dad, now walking around in heavenly forests picking mushrooms.

2015 - A heavy time for me, as per a law case against my author society SGAE, a corrupt society expelled from Cisac on that very issue. My situation was severe due to no payments at all and the walls came closing in on me more and more each day. Then came the day when they cut the electricity and the water at the same time, a time that would last 3 months. I had 3 months with dishes and rotten rests of food from here to Katmandu, no fridge working, no clean clothes, showers done every 5 days with 8 liters big bottles gotten from the trash container and the water stolen from a pool late at night to not be discovered, and the long list of other less pleasant things goes on...

Not being able to make music, the first days I sat with my Husky/German shepherd with candles just playing the guitar, and trying to make new music. After all, I′m a educated professional musician knowing how to write down chords and pentagram. Then, one day, I woke up with the Idea of a worldwide virtual reality show - based on twitter. TwitterTvChannel. An Idea simply based on what I felt was neede, instead of uploading youtube videos etc all the time. It would be based on TWEETSHOW your life INSTANTLY - without hazle of uploading and worry about titles, info and other issues as of youtube or similar services. RECORD and show yourself instantly on vacation, angry, happy, sad, playing tennis with Andrè Agassi, bungy jumping from the Eiffel tower, or throwing rocks from a mountain top, simply SHARE your life. It would ALSO be a virtual traveling for all seeing shared videos from all corners of the world.

I finished my writing and the whole project, bought the domains with money my dad sent by western union, and when having all finished I SENT IT! [email protected]. OOOPS! Checked some stories as per Twitter′s behavior towards PROJECTS sent to them and discovered some nasty things about people being ripped off. My project could not be under copyright since it was based on twitter, and I surely couldn′t afford it either.

3o days after, with no response at all as of my emails, TWITTER launched LIFE, CAMERA, ACTION, my exact idea, and the world came crashing upon me. I went back to see, tracing my emails, if they had read my project. Email opened and read 37 TIMES!!! I sent a heap of emails to twitter claiming my rights, a plain rip off of a man who didn′t want much for his idea. I never got any answer back. I took my last 5€ to send Jack Dorsey a message through Facebook, addressing him as a fellow father, but of course, no answer there either. I sent tweets from here to china to all 3 creators of Twitter, but...same story.

Today, 5 years later, Life is great, licensing works great for me, with fantastic music supervisors around me, I mounted the web again, and published it. www.twittertvchannel.com and obviously I learned a heavy lesson, and I don′t feel bad about it. I didn′t do this to go after twitter cause it′s not viable as I see it. I did it to make sure MY creation is out there, because it′s my right to have it out there, and specially to make my 6 year old daughter know what daddy created THIS, apart from heaps of music for movies and tv, and she can do the same thing....

With this, I simply wanted to add that these events made me strong, made me never giving up, and anyone CAN do the same in those really tough times. It′s all in your WILL! Feeling down and heavy, without joy for life, you can turn that around and you will get much stronger doing so.
