WHAT DOES YOUR WEIGHT LOSS MEAN TO YOU?

Let's put some meaning onto this.

It's not just a case of..

''I'll be happy when I've managed to lose these 2 stone''

From my experience of working with people and the ones who create the lasting changes they've always wanted there is a clear shift in perspective.

Instead of delaying their happiness in the future and waiting for a result to happen..

They shift their focus on the present moment.

They fall in love with the process of improving their health and fitness and begin to notice the impact this has around them.

When their energy improves, so does their confidence...

As a result their work improves

Their relationships improve

Their parenting improves

Their attitude in life improves

When you're out there taking action and working on creating healthier habits everything shifts for the better

And that's because your health literally drives everything.

It changes how you show up each day.

You're no longer going around struggling, stressed, low on energy, complaining about how hard your life is and being short-tempered and reactive.

You're no longer struggling so much to get some sleep at night, avoiding social events and eating a load of rubbish to make yourself feel better in an attempt to make up for the lack of self-worth that you place on yourself.

It's the journey that makes it. Not the 'end of it'.

And a journey that involves starvation dieting and vomit inducing workouts is never going to make this journey an enjoyable one and certainly won't give you a happy ending either.
