What does your behaviour say?

What does your behaviour say?

How committed are you?

It’s a question that you will answer several times throughout your day without ever actually thinking about it.

And the answer you give each time you ask will determine what results you get.

It’s not something you answer verbally.

It 's usually only answered in your subconscious.

But the answer can be seen in your behaviour every minute of every day.

Something I’ve come to realise over the years is this….

The results you’re currently getting in business and in life are governed by a series of decisions you make over a certain period of time.

Your decisions dictate your behaviour,

And your behaviour dictates the results you’ll get.

We all have goals,

We all have things we want to achieve,

And if you’re reading my emails and listening to my message I’m almost certain you have something very specific you want to achieve in your Recruitment or Search Business.

More revenue,

Higher profits,

More leads,

More clients…

Well, how committed are you to achieving that goal?

I speak to Recruitment and Search Firm Owners almost daily, and with very few exceptions they all say they are 100% committed to achieving their goal (I did have one who said he was only 80% but that’s another story for another time).

But even though they SAY they’re committed, their behaviour screams the complete opposite.

And this doesn’t just relate to Recruitment and Search Business Owners,

It’s something we all do at different times and in different areas of our lives.

For example,

You’re “committed” to exercising more and losing weight, but when your alarm goes off at 5 AM for your early morning run you decide to hit snooze rather than get out of bed.

You 're “committed” to eating healthier, but you order a pizza with extra cheese instead of the salad for lunch.

You’re "committed" to growing your Recruitment or Search Business but rather than working ON the business, you get sucked back into to doing the day to day and end up working IN the business instead.

These are all things I’ve done myself in the past and are all examples of behaviour screaming a completely different answer to what you verbalise when asked. “how committed are you?

So what about your Recruitment or Search business?

Because if you’re really committed to generating more leads, attracting more clients and growing your business over the next 12 months but you haven’t yet claimed your spot at “Lead Genesis” what is your behaviour saying?
