What does TELUS International look for in a candidate?
I was asked this question last week by a candidate who was interested in joining TELUS International Ireland for one of our corporate roles and it struck that there is not a straightforward answer and I’ll explain why.

TELUS International Ireland is part of the wider TELUS International global family and we partner with brands across strategic industry verticals, including tech and games, communications and media, eCommerce and fintech, banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, and travel and hospitality. Our team here in Ireland primarily provides Technical Support, Customer Support, Business Support, Sales Support, Trust & Safety, and Content Moderation across nearly all languages.
In addition to this, TELUS International Ireland also has a variety of Back Office/Support roles across Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, WFM, H&S, Wellness, Communication, Marketing, L&D, Quality etc.
All of these roles require varying qualifications and experience levels making it difficult to narrow down exactly what TELUS International looks for in a candidate.
I began thinking about what all these roles have in common; the fundamental values and behaviours we look for regardless of the role you go for.
