What does it take to get to world-class?

What does ‘world-class’ look like??

In F1 racing, world-class looks like this.?

Well said Erik! Fully agree. This WCM leads often to a situation, where basics are not done properly leading to frustration in middle mgmt: top is dreaming of WCM and funding things that does not have foundation to support them. Huge waste of money, time, resources and destroying fun at work.
