What does it take?

Every achievement, even a small one has a backstage. Every press release means the hours of work and failures when you learn to turn your setbacks into your wins. Facebook or LinkedIn does not show all these efforts to announce something - it only shows the colourful picture of your success today. I am proud of this success we share but what does it really mean to us to be able to post this?press release? What are these #10,000hours to prepare for this news, we are all so proud of?
What does it mean to close one vacancy?? It takes dozens of hours surfing the internet and looking for the names, profiles, reading the resumes or reading the basics of the other profession to understand the role. It takes weeks of interviews when you try to guess if the person is right for the job or not and then hours to convince the line manager to take a look even if the profile does not fully match the requirements. It takes effort not to lose your energy when your final candidate says: “Nah, I decided not to proceed, probably it is not the right timing for the move.” Really??
It takes so much and no recruiter will ever show you the backstage of their own job.
What does it take to be an employer of choice? It moves your personal life to the second place leaving almost all the room for your job. It takes your dedication and energy not to give up even when you have already decided to give up. It makes you think always first of any task and then (probably) about self and own wishes. From time to time it takes you to shut up and do your job even when you do not believe it is possible. And later to be surprised to see that it was possible.?

We constantly work with yourself and the others to accept that everything will not be perfect: some employees will always complain saying that this is crap and deception what we try to do or present to others.?With some of the employees you may even start debating explaining to them the complexity of all the organisational systems and how hard it is to change other people's behaviour. And some will call you a liar when their own picture does not match with what you try to do.
#Exness is our #employerofchoice! This is my choice and the choice of 900+ employees all other the world. It is the choice based on what we do together for us and what we do for our clients. This choice is much more important than the formal award - because this is the choice we believe.
