You are one among the 12 authors who have got a 45 minute slot for the presentation. Hope you are available during 13-15th July”, the volunteer conveyed the good news.
“Of course I am. Why would I miss this opportunity? I have been waiting for this conversation with you. I confirm my availability for the conference in Bangalore”, I replied, very quick in confirming without even checking my calendar as I did not want them to call the next set of presenters in the waiting list.

The top-most thing you need, in order to design and deliver an unique & innovative program, is "opportunity". In order to grab the opportunity, you need guts and courage.
· You may not have all the answers
· You may not even know whether it is doable
· You might be wondering whether the senior leaders will agree with your strategy or not
· The task might be something complex beyond your imagination
· And you might not be ready for it yet…

5 年Very Good session for Project Managers and Program managers and Leaders. She has narrated well with a real time example and very useful for today’s situation. Also I was part of one of the Program called PMStep which gives the great Insights for a PM I would suggest please do not miss the same check from starting to end .....you will get impressed and will Have a Great take away ....
