You most probably heard this a lot of times and it’s true: Your Mindset is the Key!

It is time to realize how magnificent you are, how your vision is important, and to eliminate fears, distractions, and procrastination!

Any fear you may have about your own ability to serve others is important for you to work through prior to working with clients. You also have to define and eliminate distractions and find the motivation to continue every time you start procrastinating.

Be a Creator of Your Own Life and Claim Your Worth!

·???????This means being willing to go public on videos;

·???????This means being willing to be criticized by known and unknown people;

·???????This means being willing to get better as you go and not wait anymore;

·???????This means being willing to take responsibility for your life.

The more you’re willing to do this, the more self-confidence you will gain and the more impact you will make!

Skills

We need to master our skills and become the best in our niche/industry, and on top of that, we need to be self-confident that we will deliver what’s expected from us. This is a journey, not a destination, and an ongoing process that takes time and dedication.?

It’s About our Clients not About Us

We are here to help solve problems, make life and business easier, and care about our clients. It’s all about our clients and how we make them feel while working with us, how we take special care of their needs, and how we can help them achieve what they desire.

We are not selling our services we are providing a solution for a problem, satisfying a need, and creating a safe, caring, friendly environment for us both to grow.?

Business Model

Business Model

We need to know every single piece of our business model day and night. Customer segments, value propositions, relationships between them, channels, key activities, key partners, key resources, and of course our cost structure and revenue streams.

Only then we know exactly what we are doing and why and we do our best to evolve during the time and provide high-quality service.?

Marketing Messaging

Once we are crystal clear on our business model we need to create specific marketing messaging for every customer segment and each value proposition. We can present the same value proposition in so many different ways depending on our customer segments.

For example: If we are in business coaching we will not present it the same way if our customer segments are: coaches, consultants, SME owners, entrepreneurs or they are corporations.

This part is creative, fun, and lovely but it also requires a lot of focus, consistency, and dedication. Consistency is the key. We need to show up on social media, mainstream media, podcasts, and magazines and tell our story.

Storytelling is the best way to achieve this.?

And the most important love for what we do needs to radiate every time, everywhere. In every piece of content, every interview, every coaching session, every digital product, every meeting...Do it from your heart or don't do it at all.

Technology and commercialization

On top of everything as we grow we need to set up a system that will work for us: website, landing pages, funnels, email marketing providers, maybe our signature programs or courses, our digital programs, workshops, group coaching, 1:1 coaching and to actually sell.

Selling becomes much easier if we build a personal brand first, so actually, people come to us because they already know we can help them.?

Sounds a lot?

Well, this is very honest and to be completely transparent there is so much more. This is only a snippet. And you will hardly hear this honest truth because of the simplification trend which is presented only to make you believe it's a piece of cake and sign up with them. And then when things don't work and we feel overwhelmed we ask ourselves why my business is not working and what am I did wrong.

You did nothing wrong! You just don't have all pieces of the puzzle! And I am not here to sugarcoat it but to tell the truth. I didn't even mention finances, accounting, taxes, team culture etc.

But, believe me! It is so rewarding! It’s worth it all!

When we really know these things it doesn’t have to be so complex or overwhelming. You just need to know someone who already did it and learn from them.?You don't need to invent hot water.

There is nothing more beautiful than when you do what you love, help people to do what they love, and live free, meaning you are the master of your time and we will all agree on the fact that time is actually the most valuable resource and it's limited.

It is worth it!
