What does Leadership mean in 2019?

Here are six ways to think about it:

1. Leadership is applied psychology.
2. Leadership is what you say and who you say it to.
3. Leadership is leading in advance.
4. Leadership is storytelling.
5. Leadership is the quickest path to infuence.
6. Leadership is what you do to get your team, audiences, customer, or people to understand and follow your mission by making them part of the mission creation process itself.
