What does the HTA reform mean ?
APPA has partnered with Medicines Australia to provide members with a valuable overview on reforms to be proposed to Australia’s existing Health Technology Assessment framework. This educational webinar, with an expert panel of healthcare professionals, patients, industry and government representatives, will help attendees with a basic knowledge of our payer submission processes gain an enhanced understanding of why reform is needed.?
This webinar will especially be good for any HCP who wants to know more about HTA and what the reform could mean for them and their patients - aspects such as the 820 day gap between TGA and PBS for example has a significant impact on the equitable delivery of innovative medicines. Please forward and share this invite to any HCPs or other stakeholders who maybe of interest.
Insights will be provided with the aid of an expert panel answering questions both on what HTA Reform seeks to achieve as well as the important role our members and other stakeholders can play through exploration of physician, patient, government?and industry perspectives. This is an outstanding opportunity to participate in the discussion, and accelerate your understanding and appreciation of the HTA Reform and implications of this to you and patients, and to participate in the discussion.?
