What does Holistic Transformation mean?

Lately, I see many offers online about holistic transformation, full treatment, or a full approach.

Today, we’ll look at what it is and what it isn’t. I think there’s a lot of confusion about this.

Holistic means "whole." The word comes from alternative healing. It shows the difference between usual healing, which looks at only some parts, and alternative healing, which looks at everything.

The word sounds nice and strong. But I often see offers that don’t really understand holistic ideas or have the skills for it.

I’m not just saying this without reason.

I went through a hard transformation myself. I had money troubles and relationship problems. Every time I thought I fixed something and got results, a new challenge showed me I wasn’t finished. There was still a lot to do.

I had lots of knowledge and information. But the first thing I learned on my journey was that knowledge alone, without energy, didn’t help me.

Then, I found energy training.

With new energy, my life started to change. Then, after some tough events happened, my past came up. With it came fears from long ago.

I had to find ways to fix my hidden thoughts and energy damage.

I took all my knowledge, experiences, and skills and made a personal growth system. I called it the ESC Method.

Every technique is just a tool

Every technique or method is like a tool. We use it to change something. Different problems need different tools.

The trouble starts when someone gets a small result with a tool. Then they say they can fix everything holistically and help with all kinds of problems. But really, they don’t know how and can’t do it.

For example, if someone hits a car a little, they can fix it with a hammer. The problem is when they fix one car and then say they can fix all cars - with just a hammer.

Why am I telling you this? Because people come to me who tried Reiki, Theta Healing, Hypnosis, NLP, movement therapies, energy therapies, and other methods. And those didn’t work for them.

Does my method fix everything? It fixes what I tell someone we can fix from the start. And it really works there. Results come 3-5 times faster than with usual therapies. I don’t work on other things.

A human is a multidimensional being

A human is a being with many dimensions. So, they need an approach that looks at all those dimensions. We can say there are three main parts of a human: mind, body, and energy.

We could talk more about each part, maybe a topic for next time.

Everything that happens in life, every event, every feeling - especially bad ones - affects us in three ways:

? Mind (it changes how we think and what drives us)

? Energy (it causes energy damage and blocks)

? Body (we feel stressed, tired, and bad)

This means I have to fix my transformation or life challenges by working on all three parts.

Most people fix problems with their mind

Most people try to solve problems with their mind. Usually, they start by looking for new information to help them change.

The word mind embraces a bigger meaning, which covers more than just finding new info. Besides things, we don’t know yet, old ideas and old knowledge often stop us from moving forward.

You wouldn’t believe how many silly tips the popular "therapy world" gives. They just want to make people happy and feel accepted.

Life has rules and ways it works. We need to do what’s right, not just what feels good.

"Listen to your heart" can be risky advice. It’s bad if your heart isn’t honest enough to see the truth. Or if it doesn’t know enough and doesn’t understand how life works.

Another part of our mind is hidden thoughts. We need to change those. Things like NLP, hypnosis, affirmations, reading books, and listening to positive stuff on YouTube can help.

Our body is easier to manage than our mind

Next is our body. The body is actually easier to control than our mind. It’s simpler to exercise than to control our thoughts. It’s hard to always think positive and believe in our goals.

Negative energy from bad feelings hurts our body. Most people now agree that negative thinking, sadness, and other feelings can make our body sick, like with cancer.

I say this so we understand how energy affects our body. Many try to feel better with exercise, cold baths, or breathing tricks.

These tricks work if our body isn’t too damaged by energy. But we must always use them with mind work and energy work.

Years ago, I was stressed and hurt by electrosmog. I tried bioresonance therapy. It worked and made me feel better. But I didn’t change my life enough, so the damage came back.

Lots of people try to stop sadness or bad feelings with the Wim Hof Method. It helps. But if we don’t change how we think or live, we’re just easing the problem, not fixing it.

Everything is Energy

Everything begins and ends with Energy. Energy has many sides. We can talk about positive and negative energy. Negative energy comes when we feel bad things like anger, hate, sadness, fear, or hopelessness. It hurts us.

First, it makes energy damage. This makes us feel things stronger. Everything hits us harder and hurts more.

Second, it makes energy blocks. This is stuck energy in our body waiting to come out. Someone says something, upsets us, and we react. Sometimes we even lose control and explode.

We need to heal energy damage and remove blocks. If not, we’re stuck. It’s hard to change or get results in life.

Then there’s how much energy we have. If we don’t have enough, it limits what we can do. To transform, we need more energy first. (If we had enough, we’d already be changed.)

Really, not having enough energy is why most people don’t reach their goals or change. Many don’t see this because they don’t understand.

Energy is also the spiritual world

Energy isn’t just a feeling. It’s also the spiritual world. Spiritual beings, guides, angels, God. Few people really know this stuff. Even fewer can use it in everyday life.

Spiritual help, talking to guides, steps to live better "here on Earth," new ideas from the spiritual world, spiritual support - these could change most people’s lives. But only if they know how to use them.

Not many know that lots of problems come from the spiritual world or a bad connection to it. Here, mind or body work won’t help. We need to fix it spiritually.

Holistic transformation means all areas

So, I hope you now see what holistic transformation means - changing all parts of you. And what those parts are.

For many helpers, holistic is just what they think it is. They don’t know enough or have the experience to see there’s more. Sometimes what they do isn’t enough.

For example, someone does talk therapy and knows Reiki. They call it holistic.

Someone might have a holistic approach but not have all the knowledge or skills for full holistic transformation.

ESC Method

Like I said before, I’ve had many hard times in life. I looked for answers, and no technique could help me.

Then, little by little, I put the pieces together. I made the ESC Method = Mind + Energy.

The ESC Method changes all parts: body, mind, and spirit.

My partner Karmen and I have spiritual skills. We feel energy and talk to the spiritual world. This, plus our big life experiences, helps us help you faster and better.

Hundreds of people have tried the ESC Method training and therapies. They got great results.

The ESC Method is a way to work on yourself, reach goals, and change. It’s also a helpful place that lets you grow easily.

The ESC Method has knowledge, tricks, and ideas that the most successful people use. It also understands energy and the spiritual world in a way that’s bigger than usual religions.

I’ve worked on personal growth since 1991. For 10 years, I traveled Europe and the world to study spirituality. For the last 15 years, I’ve studied energy deeply. As a young person, I was a top athlete. Since age 20, I’ve trained in martial arts and have a master’s belt.

I believe life isn’t random. I think my journey wasn’t just for me. The things I’ve learned, the ESC Method I built when nothing else worked - I believe it’s my job to share it. I want to help others live their dreams and reach their best.

I hope this article gave you more understanding about transformation. Especially what you need for your big change.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, ideas, experiences, please comment below.

And, if you want more info about the ESC Method and how it can help, send me a message.

Wishing you a great day, and be awesome!
