What does happiness at work mean for you?
We all have had that # MondayBlues banter with our colleagues, but there are some people who have energy levels matching Ranveer Singh right at the start of the week. There are people who love what they do and like to start their week on a high note. Some of us look forward to returning to work and are not hassled by the blues that Monday has to offer. For having such committed individuals, organizations need to ensure that their team members are excited to return to work, meet their colleagues, and most importantly are content with what they do. While it’s difficult to confine happiness to words, we still challenged our team members at #PassionConnect to share what happiness at work means for them and we got some pretty exciting responses and one-liners.?
Let’s have a look at what happiness at work means for Simran Shah , “lots of closures, snacks and lunch table” banter. Well, who doesn’t like tasty lunches?
? Sanam Rawal says – “Getting a chance to find a workplace which challenges my abilities and allows me to do things that I am passionate about = happiness, and there is literally no ending (for now :))”. Kanchan Panjwani likes to keep it light – “Have fun, work hard & money will come”.?
?“Left Mumbai to work in Pune in a team, instead I found a new family filled with amazing/crazy people, who support you at your lowest and motivate you to give your best. This is what I call a family” shared Ramakant Gupta . We are glad you found an extended family through Passion Connect. When we asked Shaily Sheth to express herself, she said “Being with a fur-babies-loving population and being given an opportunity to do some value-adding work & witness its impact is definitely a bonus”.?
For Vaibhav Parchure , “every day at MetaMorph is an opportunity to make a solid impact into the start-up ecosystem, with kickass people you get to work with who are on the same mission”.?
For Sshashank Gupta , “happiness at work means pushing everyone to be the best at what they do.”?
While the corporate culture can be overbearing sometimes, Ajay Rai says – “No Micromanagement at work, no work after office hours”. For Swati Gupta , Passion Connect is the fuel to her energy – “Always keeping me on the edge to do better than the previous day”. Namrata Kaushik - “Being around brilliant minds gives me the push that I need, and the feeling is best when you are part of such a team!”.
Shariq Munsif - Good vibes, double espresso topped with closures!
Farah Haider - “It’s the little laughter that we share together every day and be with ppl who bring magic to the moment”.?
We, at MetaMorph , resonate with happiness coming from our work, the people, the culture and most importantly from the frontrunners of the organisation. We have set the dice rolling and now the turn is yours …. So, what does happiness at work mean for you?
