Position Summary
The Microsoft 365 Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. This role requires a deep understanding of these applications, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, design user-friendly SharePoint Online sites, and guide users in leveraging these tools effectively.
This role will work closely with the Cloud Engineers on the Infrastructure team, as well as collaboratively with all IT and business stakeholders, service providers, and other third parties, to perform their responsibilities and communicate effectively to support Microsoft 365 tenant/environment.

Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in leveraging these tools effectively.
- SharePoint Online Design and Support: Design, develop, and manage SharePoint Online sites to meet business needs. Ensure a positive user experience by creating intuitive, easy-to-navigate SharePoint sites.
- Microsoft Teams Expertise and Support: Provide expert guidance and support for Microsoft Teams. Assist users in maximizing their use of this tool for communication and collaboration.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create user guides and documentation to help users understand and use Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and user activity to ensure the highest level of system availability and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- MS365 or SharePoint Certification
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, designing SharePoint Online sites, and providing Microsoft Teams support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Other relevant Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with MS Defender
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
- Experience with MS Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
