WHAT DOES ENVISIONING A "JOINT CUSTODY WORLD" MEAN TO YOU WHEN YOU REFLECT ON THE CURRENT STATUS OF WOMEN IN THE WORLD?

In the harsh light of today's world, we have actively striven for equality for over 100 years at least, our mission to uplift, honor, and embed women-centric perspectives for equality in business and in life has not reached it's target. How much authentic parity and equity have we truly gained?

Has our world woken up to the amazing diversity and talent, creativity and magnificence, in today's female population?

No it has not.... and the arguments are endless both between men and women - and women and women.

Men - and many women - still deny the true value of women in business and many cultures cast women into second-class, stay-at-home, less worthy, citizenship. In the worse cases, these females are physically, emotionally and mentally abused.

We celebrate the wins and there are many yet I see the gap widen when we know many women and girls are still subjugated and abused. Even in corporate America, women are hassled and criticized rather than honored for their talents.

Women can truly save this world, yet sadly many women in powerful political and corporate roles, do not embrace that truth in a loving heartfelt female manner. They still run the 'control rules' of male domination.

This is a waste of human life and economic resources.

When I speak of #jointcustodyworld I imply that all parties are engaged in a flow of equality, harmony, and synergy - and the outcome is beneficial and sustainable for individuals and the collective, for life and business, without demanding obedience to outdated rules designed by men over 2000 years. Possible? Yes

Difficult? Yes

Good and Evil exist in parallel to the journey we must take.

This is not about 'blame' or 'shame' or the controls that have blocked our spirit from shining, it's about a willingness to know "love and fear" exist simultaneously and that women and men live these emotions and experiences differently.

Can we air our voice as women authentically and purposefully for a future we desire that includes wise men?

Can we discuss without judgment that we are not all the same yet are similar in our biological life journeys?

All girls will enter puberty, we grow our female body, we will have the potential to birth new generations, the choice to love others of all diverse natures, enjoy menopause and grow into a silver wisdom of the ages... we are women, we are human.

Women have a magnificent range of talents and we MEAN business! Yet we don't need to be MEAN to be in business.

We don't need to be harshly competitive with each other, we seek collaboration and harmony.
