What does The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region do?

The employees at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region advocate for the rights and full participation of children and adults with differing abilities. The Arc NCR provides state of the art services to families through educational and/or medical advocacy, referral services and financial services. The Arc NCR champions legislation and policy that directs resources and decisions to children, adults, and families.

Our guiding principles include respect, self-determination, responsiveness, and community building to support people with differing abilities. Statistics show the difference The Arc NCR has on the community we serve. Over 800 supports are provided to adults, children, and families in Harford and Cecil Counties.
