But there’s something much subtler than unhappiness to monitor for in the workplace: apathy.
Apathy at work can be hard to detect. Apathetic employees may have completely lost interest in their jobs, but they still show up on time and do the work – though more often than not it is the bare minimum.

Good piece. One major catalyst for the "Great Resignation" movement was apathy, but these are good lists of both signs and ways to mitigate/eliminate apathy at workplace. One thing I would add is bringing humor into the workplace . I do for every engagement I am on - not only for myself but other team members.
