Since launching this our AI strategy proposition, we've had a remarkable amount of interest thus far from C-suite, private equity and consulting firms who are all currently in the process of trying to figure out how to best to incorporate & include generative AI into their broader strategies to drive growth, value & efficiency across their business, portfolio or client base.
One of the overarching themes or topics that has come up is what the role of a strategy consultant / consulting firm is in supporting a client to understand generative AI - and what sort of outputs can typically be expected.
Naturally, there is a spectrum of where consultants can provide value - so during the course of this post, we're hoping to give a flavour of how consultants may be able to help and what sort of results/outputs can be achieved by giving you real time insights into the projects undertaken by AI strategy consultants in our network.

The first consultant we're bringing to your attention has a more traditional strategy background & has worked on recent projects to support the Csuite of corporate firms to bridge the gap between their commercial strategies & GenAI's capabilities. Our second consultant is a significantly more experienced 'AI' specialist, who was working within the space before the democratisation of generative AI (doing AI before it was cool).
