What Do You Do When Your World Falls Apart?
Gerard Long

As many of you know, over the last ten years, Jeannie and I have been journeying on through the valley of Baca (weeping). In this time, our precious son Alex (17) and our beautiful daughter Rebecca (32) both died, as well as two of my three siblings and Jeannie's nephew. We now believe it's time to share our story and please will you help us to do this.
Getting the Story Out – the Thunderclap Campaign
Please will you help us to share our story starting with an 8 min trailer titled, ‘What Do You Do When Your World Falls Apart?’ The trailer is linked to a 30 min video on Love and Suffering. With your help, we want to share our experience of God's unfailing love and comfort with anyone who is suffering at this time.
We define suffering as anything in your life that you don't want or not having something in your life that you do want!
Please will you allow us to send one simple message to your Twitter followers and/or your FB friends on 9/11. To help, please:

9 年Gerard, that was a very touching video. Over 10 years have gone by and still think about Alex or "English" all the time. I can only imagine the pain and grief you have gone through with Rebecca, Alex, and the family but I'm happy to see you are strong in your faith. Thanks for sharing the personal video

9 年Gerard, you, Jeannie and Ben are in my thoughts and prayers daily. Rebecca's photo is hanging in our kitchen. I see her wonderful smile every morning when I make my tea. Alex's prayer card is in my bible; it marks my place and is a constant reminder of him. Much love, Burt
