I think a lot about what I want more of: success, money, love, sleep - whatever it is, we think a lot about what we want to increase in our lives. Yet we are overworked, overstimulated, and overburdened, and though are paying a steep mental and physical price, we don't seem ready to stop.
So this week, I'm asking myself and others: what do you want less of?

1 年Hmmm, I would say less irritation or anger. I find that I often keep placing myself in situations where I know I am going to be irritated! I have been making an active effort not to place myself in those environments!!
