What do you want to fix next?

We all have life challenges that we want to fix. What problem are you trying to solve? Are you trying to change something about yourself? Such as your health, your motivation, your work or life habits? Or are you trying to change someone else or perhaps a sticky situation you are in?

How do you plan on trying to solve it?

You may want to consider this. Redefine your problem. Try to look at it from a different angle. For example if you tried to motivate yourself in a million different ways but you're not attaining your goals, consider that maybe motivation is not your problem. The simple fact that you are trying hard to reach your goal is obvious that you are motivated. So why aren't you changing your habits. Your problem maybe lack of follow through which is the opposite of lack of motivation.

Once you figured out what the different challenge you are trying to solve, focus on possible solutions. You will have more opportunities.
