Also, most of these courses require full-time, dedicated participation, thus hampering a working professional’s chances of enrolling. 

Industries today, while hiring, look at the skills a candidate is able to bring to the table, rather than the fancy degrees/universities they may show on their resume.  

Technology is always in a state of flux and this requires professionals to continually upgrade themselves. Going to an expensive boot camp and making a huge one-time payment will significantly hamper your ability to invest in yourself on a continuous basis.
