What do you want to create?

This is it, people! The life we have right here and now is all there is, and what we choose to do with it is entirely up to us. As you are reading this, you are likely in a position where you have a group of people following your lead. This responsibility may sometimes seem intimidating, but it is also incredibly exciting - your influence has the potential to create a significant impact.

How are you harnessing your power and leadership position to make a difference in your life, your organization, and possibly the world??

“Life is not a dress rehearsal,” - a famous quote, and one of my favorites, because it’s a powerful reminder that time is limited. We don’t know how much time we have left. Therefore, it’s essential to consider how you intend to spend the rest of your life.

One exercise to support this is to ask yourself the following questions, and take note of the answers:?

• What would be pretty awesome to still create?
• What would be exciting to accomplish?
• What is the one extraordinary experience you’ve always dreamed of but haven’t pursued yet?

All answers are valid. Perhaps you may remember a past aspiration that has been waylaid, or come up with completely new goals. Often we get side tracked on our leadership journey, but taking time to recenter yourself and follow your aspirations will enrich both your life, and those of the people around you. There is no better time to start creating than NOW.?
